We do ship internationally however this needs to be arranged with the store directly or by emailing us on email@example.com
We offer a preorder option on some some styles that are extremely popular, we endeavour to give an approximate delivery date but please be aware due to unforeseen circumstances this is sometimes subject to change, we will keep you updated on the delivery process, we won’t accept cancellations of preorders as this item has been ordered especially for you and once you have purchased the item is removed from stock and safe guards anyone else purchasing the item you want.
RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM RECEIVING THE GOODS. RETURNS MUST BE IN THE CONDITION YOU RECEIVED IT: CLEAN, UNWORN & TAGS STILL ATTACHED. We will not accept any goods received without these conditions.
How to return or exchange your garment…
1) Before returning an item PLEASE email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org explaining what you are returning and why.
2) Please send your return back to us within 7 days of receiving it.
3) We recommend you send your package via Track n Trace methods only. If you choose not to, FIX FASHION will accept no responsibility should we not receive the package.

No returns, exchanges or credits for all SALE items.
Please note: FIX FASHION is not responsible for the payment of the return shipping. If you are wanting to exchange, the courier for the new garment is at your expense. We suggest you include a prepaid bag with your return.
Returns: If an item is not what you were expecting (i.e. size, fit, colour isn’t quite right), we will provide a store credit or will exchange for another item, please be aware we do not refund.
Strictly NO returns on ALL accessories, Includes; Hats, Sunglasses, Scarves, Jewellery, Bags, Underwear and Shoes due to hygiene reasons.
Warranty… If a product is faulty because of manufacturing faults, we will try our hardest to replace it. If we can not a Store Credit will be issued only. We will not replace items that have been damaged because of wear and tear. When returning footwear, please return with original box packaged inside another box. If an item has been used please return clean. All products MUST be returned with receipt and original tags attached. Please send back items with a track n trace number so it won’t get lost in the mail.
Sale items… Sorry no refunds or exchanges on sale items. Please email us if you have questions before you buy.

Payment… We will happily take phone orders or Credit Card details over the phone if preferable for you. We accept payment via credit card (MasterCard, VISA) All credit card payments are processed through our e-commerce system BAMBORA New Zealand, (unless you confirm your order on the phone with us). We also accept LAYBUY, AFTERPAY and bank transfers. Please make sure all personal information, address, email, credit card and banking details are filled out correctly so we can send your things as quickly as possible!
General… The price of goods and services, delivery and other charges displayed on the FIX FASHION website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always try to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the web site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.
FIX FASHION Privacy statement… We will use your information in the strictest confidence. We will keep your information private and we do not record any credit card information. If you have signed up to our mailing list and no longer wish to receive emails, simply email us with ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject area, and we will remove you from the list. We adhere to the requirements of the NEW ZEALAND Privacy Act 1993
